Description
The issue is related to insufficient input validation in the CLI of the software, which could allow an authenticated, local attacker to execute arbitrary commands with root privileges. An attacker could exploit this by authenticating as the remote support user and submitting malicious input to a specific command, potentially allowing them to execute arbitrary commands on the underlying operating system with root privileges.
