Description
The issue is related to inadequate access control in the Analytics Actions subcomponent of Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition, part of Oracle Fusion Middleware. This allows a low-privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise the system. Successful attacks can result in unauthorized update, insert, or delete access to some data, as well as unauthorized read access to a subset of data.
Recommendations
For versions 12.2.1.3.0 and 12.2.1.4.0, update to a version that includes the fix for this issue to prevent exploitation.
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
