Description The issue is related to insufficient input validation in the anti-spam protection mechanisms of Cisco Email Security Appliance (ESA), allowing a remote attacker to bypass content filters and potentially compromise the integrity of protected information. Specifically, the vulnerability is due to insufficient input validation of URLs, which could be exploited by crafting a URL in a particular way, enabling an attacker to bypass URL reputation filters configured on the device.
