IBM Security Identity Manager version 7.0.1 Virtual Appliance
Description
The issue is related to hard-coded credentials, such as passwords or cryptographic keys, used by the software for authentication, communication, or data encryption. This weakness in credential storage can allow an attacker to gain unauthorized access to protected information.
Recommendations
For IBM Security Identity Manager version 7.0.1 Virtual Appliance, consider changing the hard-coded credentials to unique, secure values to prevent unauthorized access. As a temporary workaround, restrict access to the affected system to minimize the risk of exploitation. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
