Description The issue is related to information leaks of uninitialized memory to a USB device in the drivers/net/can/usb/kvaser usb/kvaser usb leaf.c driver. This could allow an attacker to gain unauthorized access to protected information.
Recommendations For Linux kernel versions prior to 5.4.6, update to version 5.4.6 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the vulnerable driver until a patch is available.
