Description
The issue is related to the --export-marks option of git fast-import, which is also exposed via the in-stream command feature export-marks=... and allows overwriting arbitrary paths. This vulnerability is associated with an insufficient input validation mechanism in the Git distributed version control system. Exploitation of the vulnerability can lead to a denial of service and impact data integrity.
