9.3

High

VectorAV:N/AC:M/Au:N/C:C/I:C/A:C
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Google Chrome versions prior to 78.0.3904.70
Description The issue is related to out of bounds memory access in the gamepad API, which can be exploited by a remote attacker using a specially crafted HTML page. This can potentially lead to heap corruption and allow the attacker to gain unauthorized access to information, compromising its integrity and availability.
Recommendations For Google Chrome versions prior to 78.0.3904.70, update to version 78.0.3904.70 or later to resolve the issue.
