Description A cross-site scripting (XSS) issue in the index.php file of Wayang-CMS allows attackers to execute arbitrary web scripts or HTML by adding a specially crafted X-Forwarded-For field to the header. This can enable remote attackers to perform cross-site scripting attacks.

Recommendations For Wayang-CMS version 1.0, as a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the index.php file until a patch is available. Avoid using the X-Forwarded-For field in the header of requests to the index.php file until the issue is resolved. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
