Description The issue is related to the CachingResourceDownloadRewriteRule class, which allows remote attackers to access files in the Jira webroot under the META-INF directory due to a lax path access check. This can enable an attacker to gain unauthorized access to sensitive files.

Recommendations For Jira versions prior to 7.13.4, update to version 7.13.4 or later. For Jira versions 8.0.0 through 8.0.3, update to version 8.0.4 or later. For Jira version 8.1.0, update to version 8.1.1 or later.
