CVE-2018-0637

CVSS v2.0

9.0

High

VectorAV:N/AC:L/Au:S/C:C/I:C/A:C
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Aterm HC100RC version 1.0.1 and earlier
Description The issue allows an attacker with administrator rights to execute arbitrary OS commands. This is achieved via the export.cgi encKey parameter.
Recommendations For Aterm HC100RC version 1.0.1 and earlier, avoid using the encKey parameter in the export.cgi API endpoint until the issue is resolved. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the export.cgi endpoint to minimize the risk of exploitation. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this issue.
