Description
The vulnerability is related to insufficient access control in the Web Access component of the Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management application. It allows a remote attacker to gain unauthorized access to protected information or modify, add, or delete data using the HTTP protocol. Successful attacks require human interaction and can significantly impact additional products, resulting in unauthorized update, insert, or delete access to some data, as well as unauthorized read access to a subset of accessible data.
Recommendations
For versions 15.1.0.0 through 15.2.18.7, update to a version outside of this range to mitigate the risk.
For versions 16.1.0.0 through 16.2.19.0, update to a version outside of this range to mitigate the risk.
For versions 17.1.0.0 through 17.12.16.0, update to a version outside of this range to mitigate the risk.
For versions 18.1.0.0 through 18.8.16.0, update to a version outside of this range to mitigate the risk.
For version 19.12.0.0, update to a newer version to mitigate the risk.
