CVE-2020-2662

CVSS v3.1

8.2

High

VectorAV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:R/S:C/C:H/I:L/A:N
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Oracle E-Business Suite versions 12.1.1 through 12.1.3 Oracle E-Business Suite versions 12.2.3 through 12.2.9
Description The issue is related to inadequate access control in the Oracle iSupport product, allowing an unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTPS to compromise Oracle iSupport. Successful attacks require human interaction from a person other than the attacker and may significantly impact additional products. This can result in unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all Oracle iSupport accessible data, as well as unauthorized update, insert, or delete access to some of Oracle iSupport accessible data.
Recommendations For versions 12.1.1 through 12.1.3, update to a version outside of this range to mitigate the risk. For versions 12.2.3 through 12.2.9, update to a version outside of this range to mitigate the risk. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the Oracle iSupport product until a patch is available. Restrict access to sensitive data and implement additional monitoring to detect potential exploitation attempts.
