Description
The issue arises when Firefox sometimes runs the onload handler for SVG elements that the DOM sanitizer has decided to remove. This results in JavaScript being executed after pasting attacker-controlled data into a contenteditable element.
Recommendations
For Firefox versions prior to 81, update to version 81 or later to resolve the issue.
For Thunderbird versions prior to 78.3, update to version 78.3 or later to resolve the issue.
For Firefox ESR versions prior to 78.3, update to version 78.3 or later to resolve the issue.
