CVE-2020-2629

CVSS v2.0

6.5

Medium

VectorAV:N/AC:L/Au:S/C:P/I:P/A:P
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Oracle Enterprise Manager Base Platform versions 12.1.0.5, 13.2.0.0, 13.3.0.0
Description The issue is related to the Extensibility Framework component and is caused by inadequate access control. It allows a high-privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise the Enterprise Manager Base Platform. Successful attacks can result in unauthorized access to critical data, complete access to all accessible data, as well as unauthorized update, insert, or delete access to some data. Additionally, it can cause a partial denial of service.
Recommendations For version 12.1.0.5, update to a version that includes the fix for this issue. For version 13.2.0.0, update to a version that includes the fix for this issue. For version 13.3.0.0, update to a version that includes the fix for this issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the Extensibility Framework component to minimize the risk of exploitation.
