Description A vulnerability in the MySQL Server product allows a low-privileged attacker with network access via multiple protocols to compromise the server. Successful attacks can result in the unauthorized ability to cause a hang or frequently repeatable crash (complete DOS) of MySQL Server. The issue is related to inadequate access control in the Server: Parser component.
Recommendations For versions 8.0.18 and prior, update to a version that contains a fix for this issue. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
