Description The issue is related to inadequate access control in the Security and Authentication component of Oracle Fusion Middleware, specifically in Oracle Reports Developer. It allows an unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise the system. Successful attacks require human interaction from a person other than the attacker and may significantly impact additional products. The attacks can result in unauthorized update, insert, or delete access to some of Oracle Reports Developer's accessible data, as well as unauthorized read access to a subset of Oracle Reports Developer's accessible data.
Recommendations For versions 12.2.1.3.0 and 12.2.1.4.0, update to a version that includes the fix for this issue. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
