Description The issue allows an unauthenticated attacker to download PHP configuration files from the Web Admin interface. Specifically, the attacker can access the /filemanager/php/connector.php endpoint.

Recommendations For Peplink Balance versions prior to 8.1.0rc1, update to version 8.1.0rc1 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the /filemanager/php/connector.php endpoint to minimize the risk of exploitation.
