Description
The issue is related to inadequate access control in the Oracle iSupport web application. Successful attacks require human interaction from a person other than the attacker and can significantly impact additional products, resulting in unauthorized access to some of Oracle iSupport's accessible data.
Recommendations
For versions 12.1.1 through 12.1.3, update to a version outside of this range to resolve the issue.
For versions 12.2.3 through 12.2.9, update to a version outside of this range to resolve the issue.
As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the Oracle iSupport application via HTTPS to minimize the risk of exploitation.
