Description The issue is related to inadequate access control in the Oracle Email Center product, specifically in the Message Display component. It allows an unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTPS to compromise Oracle Email Center, potentially resulting in unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all Oracle Email Center accessible data. Successful attacks may also allow unauthorized update, insert, or delete access to some of Oracle Email Center's accessible data and require human interaction from a person other than the attacker.

Recommendations For versions 12.1.1 through 12.1.3, update to a version outside of this range to mitigate the risk. For versions 12.2.3 through 12.2.9, update to a version outside of this range to mitigate the risk.
