CVE-2020-29590
None
No severity ratings or metrics are available. When they are, we'll update the corresponding info on the page.
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
TeamSpeak versions through 3.6.0
Description
The issue concerns a blank password for the root user in the Official TeamSpeak Docker images. This could allow a remote attacker to gain root access with a blank password, potentially affecting systems deployed using the affected TeamSpeak container versions.
Recommendations
For versions through 3.6.0, update to a version where the root user password is properly set to prevent unauthorized access. As a temporary workaround, consider setting a strong password for the root user to mitigate the risk of exploitation.
