Description A remote code execution issue exists in Microsoft Windows, allowing remote code execution if a .LNK file is processed. An attacker who successfully exploits this issue could gain the same user rights as the local user. The vulnerability is related to unsafe privilege management and can be exploited by a remote attacker using a specially crafted .LNK file, allowing them to execute arbitrary code.
