Description
The issue allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service, resulting in a buffer overflow and application crash, or possibly have other unspecified impacts via a malformed IRC message 324, which is related to channel mode.

For WeeChat versions through 2.7, update to a version later than 2.7 to resolve the issue.
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
