Description
The issue is related to a programmable user vulnerability in the programmable logic integrated circuits (PLICs) of Xilinx Spartan, Artix, Kintex, and Virtex. This vulnerability is associated with the possibility of intercepting/replacing a file containing an encrypted bitstream. Exploitation of this issue may allow a remote attacker to gain full control over the programmable logic integrated circuit.
