Description A directory traversal issue resides in the filename field for uploaded attachments via the creativecontactform upload parameter in the helpers/mailer.php file. This allows an attacker to exploit the vulnerability with the "Send me a copy" option to receive any files of the filesystem via email.

Recommendations For Creative Contact Form extension versions 4.6.2 and earlier, update to a version released after 2019-12-03 to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider disabling the file upload functionality via the creativecontactform upload parameter until a patch is available.
