Description
An issue exists where an attacker can inject a valid HMAC-SHA1 signature using only the knowledge of the RSA public key, allowing them to bypass signature validation.
Recommendations
For versions prior to 2.0.0, upgrade to version 2.0.0 to resolve the issue.
As a temporary workaround for versions prior to 2.0.0, consider removing the 'http://www.w3.org/2000/09/xmldsig#hmac-sha1' entry from SignedXml.SignatureAlgorithms until a patch is applied.
