Description
The issue is related to a crash in the icu 64 library, specifically in the UCharsTrie::branchNext function. The crash occurs when the CollationIterator::nextCE32FromContraction function is called, which in turn calls the appendCEsFromCE32 function. This results in an unknown read error.
