Description The issue is related to inadequate access control in the Security component of the PeopleSoft Enterprise PeopleTools product. It allows an unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise the system. Successful exploitation can result in the ability to cause a hang or frequently repeatable crash (complete DOS) of PeopleSoft Enterprise PeopleTools, potentially impacting additional products.
