Description
The issue is caused by inadequate access restrictions for the anonymous user in the FTP server of the XP-8741-Atom industrial controller's network services package. Exploitation of this issue may allow a remote attacker to write to the T:ftproot root directory using the anonymous user account, which authenticates to the FTP server without a password.
