Description
The issue is related to the lack of input validation in the web-based management interface of the affected devices. This could allow a remote attacker with administrative privileges to execute arbitrary commands on the device by sending specially crafted requests. The vulnerabilities exist because the web-based management interface does not properly validate user-supplied input to scripts. An attacker could exploit this by sending malicious requests to an affected device, potentially allowing the execution of arbitrary commands with root privileges on the underlying operating system.
