CVE-2020-2562

CVSS v2.0

6.4

Medium

VectorAV:N/AC:L/Au:N/C:P/I:P/A:N
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Primavera Portfolio Management versions 16.1.0.0 through 16.1.5.1 Primavera Portfolio Management versions 18.0.0.0 through 18.0.2.0 Primavera Portfolio Management version 19.0.0.0
Description The issue exists due to insufficient input validation in the Investor Module component of Primavera Portfolio Management. This allows a remote attacker to gain unauthorized access to modify, add, or delete data, or access protected information via the HTTP protocol. Successful attacks require human interaction and may significantly impact additional products, resulting in unauthorized update, insert, or delete access to some data, as well as unauthorized read access to a subset of accessible data.
Recommendations For versions 16.1.0.0 through 16.1.5.1, update to a version outside of this range to resolve the issue. For versions 18.0.0.0 through 18.0.2.0, update to a version outside of this range to resolve the issue. For version 19.0.0.0, update to a newer version to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the Investor Module component until a patch is available.
