Description The issue is related to insufficient input validation in the Invoice component of Oracle Trade Management. It allows an unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Trade Management, resulting in unauthorized access to critical data or all accessible data. Successful attacks can lead to unauthorized creation, deletion, or modification of data.

Recommendations For versions 12.1.1 through 12.1.3, update to a version outside of this range to mitigate the risk.
