Description The issue is related to an improper restriction of XML external entity reference ('XXE') vulnerability in the Palo Alto Networks Panorama management service. This allows remote unauthenticated attackers with network access to the Panorama management interface to read arbitrary files on the system.

Recommendations For PAN-OS for Panorama versions 7.1 through 8.0, update to a version outside of this range to mitigate the risk. For PAN-OS for Panorama 8.1 versions prior to 8.1.13, update to version 8.1.13 or later. For PAN-OS for Panorama 9.0 versions prior to 9.0.7, update to version 9.0.7 or later.
