Description The issue is related to insufficient input validation in the Mobile Service subcomponent of Oracle BI Publisher, part of Oracle Fusion Middleware. This allows an unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle BI Publisher, potentially impacting additional products. Successful attacks can result in unauthorized update, insert, or delete access to some Oracle BI Publisher accessible data, as well as unauthorized read access to a subset of Oracle BI Publisher accessible data.

Recommendations For versions 11.1.1.9.0, 12.2.1.3.0, and 12.2.1.4.0, update to a version that includes the fix for this issue. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
