Description The issue is related to insufficient input validation in the Mobile Service component of Oracle BI Publisher, part of Oracle Fusion Middleware. It allows an unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle BI Publisher, requiring human interaction from a person other than the attacker. Successful attacks can result in unauthorized access to critical data, complete access to all Oracle BI Publisher accessible data, as well as unauthorized update, insert, or delete access to some of Oracle BI Publisher accessible data.

Recommendations For versions 11.1.1.9.0, 12.2.1.3.0, and 12.2.1.4.0, update to a version that includes the fix for this issue. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
