Description:
A remote code execution issue exists in the way Microsoft Windows Codecs Library handles objects in memory. An attacker who successfully exploits this issue could take control of the affected system, allowing them to install programs, view, change, or delete data, or create new accounts with full user rights. Exploitation requires a program to process a specially crafted image file.
