Description:
An elevation of privilege issue exists due to improper access control to cached files in ASP.NET or .NET web applications running on IIS. This could allow an attacker to gain access to restricted files by sending a specially crafted request to an affected server. The issue is related to unsafe privilege management in the Microsoft .NET Framework, which could enable an attacker to execute arbitrary code using a specially crafted file.
