Description:
The issue is related to an elevation of privilege vulnerability in DirectX, where it improperly handles objects in memory. This could allow an attacker to run arbitrary code in kernel mode, enabling them to install programs, view, change, or delete data, or create new accounts with full user rights. To exploit this, an attacker must first log on to the system and then run a specially crafted application. The vulnerability is associated with insufficient access control in the DirectX component of Windows operating systems.
