Description: The issue is related to inadequate access control in the Siebel UI Framework product, specifically in the SWSE Server component. It allows an unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise the Siebel UI Framework, but successful attacks require human interaction from a person other than the attacker. This can result in unauthorized access to critical data, complete access to all Siebel UI Framework accessible data, as well as unauthorized update, insert, or delete access to some of the Siebel UI Framework accessible data.

Recommendations: For versions 20.6 and prior, consider restricting access to the SWSE Server component to minimize the risk of exploitation until a patch is available. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
