Description: An elevation of privilege issue exists due to the way StartTileData.dll handles file creation in protected locations. This could allow an attacker to execute code with elevated permissions by running a specially crafted application. The issue is related to errors in handling file creation in protected directories, which can be exploited by a locally authenticated attacker to gain elevated privileges and execute arbitrary code.
Recommendations: At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
