Description:
The issue is related to an elevation of privilege vulnerability in the way fdSSDP.dll handles objects in memory. This could allow an attacker to execute code with elevated permissions by running a specially crafted application. The vulnerability is exploited by a locally authenticated attacker.
Recommendations:
To resolve the issue, apply the security update that ensures the ssdpsrv.dll properly handles objects in memory.
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
