Description:
The issue is related to an elevation of privilege vulnerability that exists when Windows improperly handles COM object creation. This could allow an attacker to run arbitrary code with elevated privileges. To exploit this, an attacker would first need to log on to the system and then run a specially crafted application. The vulnerability can be exploited by an attacker to take control of an affected system.
