Description: The issue is related to insufficient input validation in the Database Filesystem component. It allows a high-privileged attacker with specific privileges, including Resource, Create Table, Create View, Create Procedure, Dbfs role, and network access via Oracle Net, to compromise the Database Filesystem. Successful attacks can result in the unauthorized ability to cause a hang or frequently repeatable crash of the Database Filesystem, leading to a denial of service.
