Description: The issue is related to insufficient input validation in the Oracle Installed Base product of Oracle E-Business Suite, specifically in the APIs component. This can be exploited by an unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP, potentially allowing unauthorized update, insert, or delete access to some of the accessible data. Successful attacks require human interaction from a person other than the attacker and may significantly impact additional products.
