Description The issue is related to insufficient input validation in the Logging component of Oracle Hospitality OPERA 5 Property Services. This allows a high-privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise the service. Successful attacks require human interaction from a person other than the attacker and can result in the takeover of Oracle Hospitality OPERA 5 Property Services.

Recommendations For versions 5.5 and 5.6, update to a version that includes the fix for this issue, as the current versions are affected by the insufficient input validation vulnerability in the Logging component.
