Description The issue is related to insufficient input validation in the WebConnect component of Oracle Hospitality Suite8, allowing a remote attacker to gain unauthorized access to protected information or modify, add, or delete data via the HTTP protocol. Successful attacks require human interaction from a person other than the attacker and can result in unauthorized update, insert, or delete access to some of Oracle Hospitality Suite8's accessible data, as well as unauthorized read access to a subset of Oracle Hospitality Suite8's accessible data.

Recommendations For versions 8.10.2 and 8.11 through 8.14, update to a version that is not affected by this issue. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
