Description
The issue is related to a memory corruption vulnerability that occurs when parsing a specially crafted .svg file, potentially resulting in arbitrary code execution in the context of the current user. This vulnerability requires user interaction to exploit. It is also described as a buffer overflow vulnerability, which could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code in the context of the current user.
Recommendations
For Adobe Illustrator version 24.1.2 and earlier, at the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
