Description: The issue is related to insufficient input validation in the Query component of Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise PeopleTools. This can be exploited by a remote attacker to gain unauthorized access to protected information, potentially allowing unauthorized read access to a subset of PeopleSoft Enterprise PeopleTools accessible data.

Recommendations: For versions 8.56 through 8.58, update to a version that includes the fix for this issue to prevent exploitation. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
