Description
The issue is related to a stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability that could be abused by an attacker to inject malicious scripts into vulnerable form fields. Malicious JavaScript may be executed in a victim’s browser when they browse to the page containing the vulnerable field. This is due to insufficient protection of the web page structure, allowing a remote attacker to execute arbitrary JavaScript code in the user's browser using a specially crafted web page.
Recommendations
For Adobe Experience Manager versions 6.3.3.8 and earlier, update to a version above 6.3.3.8 to resolve the issue.
For Adobe Experience Manager versions 6.4.8.2 and earlier, update to a version above 6.4.8.2 to resolve the issue.
For Adobe Experience Manager versions 6.5.6.0 and earlier, update to a version above 6.5.6.0 to resolve the issue.
