Description The issue is related to a stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability that could be abused by an attacker to inject malicious scripts into vulnerable form fields. Malicious JavaScript may be executed in a victim’s browser when they browse to the page containing the vulnerable field. This is due to insufficient protection of the web page structure, allowing a remote attacker to execute arbitrary JavaScript code in the user's browser using a specially crafted web page.
Recommendations For Adobe Experience Manager versions 6.3.3.8 and earlier, update to a version above 6.3.3.8 to resolve the issue. For Adobe Experience Manager versions 6.4.8.2 and earlier, update to a version above 6.4.8.2 to resolve the issue. For Adobe Experience Manager versions 6.5.6.0 and earlier, update to a version above 6.5.6.0 to resolve the issue. For Adobe Experience Manager Cloud Service, contact the vendor for specific guidance on resolving the issue, as the cloud service may have different update or mitigation procedures.
