Description
The issue is related to an invalid memory access vulnerability that can be exploited by a remote attacker to gain unauthorized access to protected information. This vulnerability is caused by a buffer overflow in memory, allowing an attacker to disclose sensitive information.
Recommendations
For Adobe Acrobat and Reader versions 2020.006.20042 and earlier, update to a version later than 2020.006.20042.
For Adobe Acrobat 2017 and Reader 2017 versions 2017.011.30166 and earlier, update to a version later than 2017.011.30166.
For Adobe Acrobat 2015 and Reader 2015 versions 2015.006.30518 and earlier, update to a version later than 2015.006.30518.
As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to sensitive information until a patch is available.
