Description
The issue is related to an uncontrolled resource consumption in Node.js, which can be exploited by a remote attacker to cause a denial of service. This can be achieved by triggering a DNS request for a host of the attacker's choice, resolving a DNS record with a large number of responses.
Recommendations
For versions prior to 12.19.1, update to version 12.19.1 or later.
For versions prior to 14.15.1, update to version 14.15.1 or later.
For versions prior to 15.2.1, update to version 15.2.1 or later.
